Questionnaire and the Application and Subscription

his/her acceptance in such specific Joint Venture.
Investment in ventures sponsored by, or participation
with Southern Pacific Exploration Company is not available
to individual residents of the State(s) of North Dakota
, South Dakota , Minnesota , Wisconsin , Pennsylvania
and/or Missouri .
